Great facility and great staff. They really care for the animals here. I think it is great that they do a pre-surgical exam, even if it is a routine procedure. My animals and I have always been treated with respect here. I would recommend this practice to all people.

They did an emergency C-section on our dog...at midnight. On New Year's Eve. Not a word of complaint. All four puppies and mama made it. :-) Excellent staff, available on short notice for emergencies. Highly recommend.

Chessie Lane is the best animal hospital in Ottawa. They saved my dog's life, after an stupid driver hit the poor thing and didn't even stop. Chessie Lane's veternarians are so devoted they came to the animal hospital after hours and saved my pooch. The have great service and are up to par with everything they do. I love Chessie Lane!
