I have been a customer of VCA Worth Animal Hospital for several years. I cannot say enough about the staff. Whether I am scheduling a nail trim or surgery for my dogs I have always been greeted and treated with the utmost respect. I always receive understandable explanations regarding complicated choices or procedures. I have been provided referrals in the need of specialists and the referral doctors(I've needed 3 separate doctors) have the same high standards and quality of care. The staff was very compassionate when I had to say goodbye to one of my 3 beloved dogs. 5 stars sums it up!

I brought my iguana there 2 years ago and they took the best care of him. I love dr. Luxtercamp! #he is the best doctor out there. The whole staff was so sweet ^_^

I called ahead to get pricing on current vaccinations and spay surgery for my dog. I was told one price on the phone and when I got in there it more than quadrupled. The vet was nice but pushed expensive shots, x-rays, testing etc. that I feel was not necessary. I was told I would need ONE initial appointment and then my dog could have her surgery. This turned into TWO additional visits at $55 a pop (making her surgery well over $600) Money hungry place for sure.

I have never been to such a money hungry place in my life. Dont take your dog, cat or any animal that you care about to this place. They are very rude, the Dr. was pushing for unnecessary test and selling overpriced products. When you dont have testing done they try to make you feel bad by insinuating you are a bad pet owner. Pass this place by. There is another nicer place around the corner.

They are all about money. They will talk you into things just so they can charge you. They are also not friendly. I would never go back.
