The staff and all of the vets at this clinic are AWESOME! We have had a rough go with our pup that we adopted but they have answered my questions and been very understanding when I called at the slightest changes in our pup. I also am VERY grateful for how patient they are when I have all three kids with me. They interact with them and answer the millions of questions that kids throw at people.

I boarded my two dogs for a week and called five hours ahead of picking them up to make sure they were bathed. When I picked them up, no bath was given and no information was given on my dogs eating habits, etc., for the week. The next day, I received a phone message saying that the dogs wouldn't be bathed that day! I called to let them know I had already picked up my dogs the day before, and the front desk was very rude. She took the call a little too personally, I think. As I was ending the call and let her know I wasn't happy about the service, she hung up on me! I was shocked because harsh words were not exchanged. I feel there is no reason at all to treat customers this way, no matter what. If they treat people this way, how did they treat my dogs while I was gone?!

They are so helpful and they honestly love our four legged kids, General and Maggie. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care

Grooming experience was a disaster!!! Took an AKC registered Pomeranian for a NORMAL Pomeranian groom. They shaved into the second layer of hair and cut her tail - not to mention it the cut is UNEVEN!. Pomeranians have a special set standard for grooming procedures. This place had no clue what that is. If you need a professional dog groomer for a certain BREED this is NOT the to go for that. Owner argued and would not admit to error - kept saying it was a "puppy cut" - (the dog is 13 months - NOT a puppy and had a full grown POM tail!! - My daughter was in tears needless to say.) Have owned Pomeranians for over 18 years and never encountered a groomer like this one. Will not go back. But will use the the vet there - they are wonderful.
