I was very concerned about my cat, but did not yet have a vet in Peoria. The clinic was able to get me in the next day. Dr. Ptasnik and the assistant were both great with my cat and it was an easily fixed problem. The medicine was not expensive, and she did not charge me for a basic examination fee like you will see in a lot of vet offices, as it only took three minutes to diagnose. I will be calling to make his annual check-up soon, and she will be his vet until we leave Peoria! I was impressed.

This clinic is horrible! When I adopted my new puppy and took him in I had a lot of questions and the vet answered NONE of them. Instead, she tried to sellme products and services that I didn't need or want. They had problems ringing us in at the register to pay for everything, and they wouldn't accept my debit card to pay for his rabies tags so I had to.go elsewhere to get those. Then, upon arriving home, I realized they hadn't even given me some of the things I had paid for! The worst thing of all was that they wouldn't let me be present while giving him his shots, etc, so I can't actually be sure what they did and did not do. For instance, I was told that he was given the kennel cough vaccine, but I wasn't charged for it. I asked to have his records sent to another vet in town, and I will have to hope they kept the records right so that my dog isn't given something twice. This place is very unprofessional If you are a responsible, caring pet owner, DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

I have never been treated so badly, at any other place of business. The receptionist Amanda at the desk was very rude, and told me when I was upset " There is the door missy, you can leave". I was not happy with that at all. Then when we finally got our appointment to get him groomed, they gave him his 2 kennel shots and a rabies shot that he was not supposed to have. They never contacted me to ask if that was alright and they had his records, so they should have known. Needless to say I would never recommend anyone to go to this Clinic.
