Been using this facility for over a year now. They always are friendly and helpful. The doctors are vary patient and informative. Their boarding is great and affordable. Will continue to use them!

very attentive to us. we recently had to say good bye to our dog, and they were so careful with us and her. very thoughtful in our time of sorrow. Our other dog is very particular in his care as well, and they always know how to handle him so there are no freakouts. love the staff there!

I have been taking all my pets, dog & cats here for almost 20 years. They have always provided me with clear instructions & compassionate care. There may be times the support staff may seem off, though seldom, but to those who think this is the norm, you are misguided. Keep in mind this staff cares for our pets when they are sick, scared, and sadly dying. It hurts us deeply to loose a pet and it hurts the staff at the center. They love animals or would not be there. Kudos to the Vet Techs, assistants, volunteers and Vets. Thank you for being there for all our love ones. To those with a 4-legged family member, this is the place I recommend for their care.

First of All My great love and admiration is for Dr. Jose; All the doctors and the staff took care of my best buddy Beau after a vicious dog attack. They stitched him up then ran specific tests to find the exact infections that he had from the attack; The injections included adding fluid to his body so that the anti bacteria (or anti virus) did not destroy his kidneys. Beaus injuries were so severe from the bottom of his chest up to the bottom of his chin; mostly internal tearing. I was scared and felt horrible about myself for allowing this to happen while we were meeting another pitbull for our third visit, and the little girl became toy possessive over Beau's chest halter. If I had gotten to her fast enough before her trainer removed her leash, I might have prevented this. But knowing that Animal Care was open 24/7 for emergencies - I drove the 35 miles from our meeting place very fast while Beau lay bleeding in the back seat. I was stopped going 80 in 55 but the officer let me off with a warning when he saw Beau's condition. When we arrived, the staff was quick to help me remove Beau from the car. And he was immediately attended to. It's not just the medical expertise of this facility, it is the genuine care and love and passion they have for all our family pets. (I did wind up adopting a puppy for beau in the shape of a Siamese mix cat whom we call Cassie Puppy from the organization there ) - She turned out to be the best medicine for Beau and the other 3 cats in the house. Dr. Jose explains things very well to me so I understand what is happening and the procedures I need to follow for regular maintenance and during illness or injury. She also laughs and truly appreciates the animals that have a loving family. I am so grateful to all of the staff at Animal Care. Today Beau is happy. healthy, and still loves meeting other dogs. Thank you all.

Absolutely 100% satisfied with their service. Very good attention to my pets. Rates are very accessible to public even emergency visit. I really appreciate your help and acknowledge with your work. Never done anything without consulting me and giving me the costs. I used to take my pets to other clinic which only accept by appointment and even u get appointment they used to cancel this with 1hrs in advance after asking permits at work or changing my errands. " Banfield hospital " they change management and 97% of their employees . They only thing am glad of them is have referred me to this hospital for emergency which really could been taken care with them.
