Dr.Beri and his staff are absolutely wonderful. When our dog received treatment,The Dr. took time to explain everything and didn't just rush out the door while handing a script, you could tell he was very compassionate and wanted to explain everything thoroughly even when the office was swamped...his staff is also very accommodating and helpful when calling for appointments, information or prescriptions. We had an older dog that we adopted at 4 years of age that had numerous health issues. At a later age she developed Cushings disease and Dr. Beri was very helpful through the entire procedure explaining all the tests and not giving unnecessary ones, he also helped reduce the costs of her very expensive medication by suggesting alternatives. Our beloved rescue dog passed away at the ripe old age of 15 recently and we are thankful for the crossroads experience throughout the last 8 years of her life. thank you to the Dr.and his wife and staff.

Happy with my experience! I brought my 6 month old kitten this past week for a declaw. I've never had a cat before and was very nervous about the procedure. I got him back the next day and he was completely fine - happy and healthy. There have been no complications or any indications of pain since. My only wish was that I had had more of a chance to get my questions and concerned addressed before the procedure. However, I am very happy with my experience! Quality service as a great price!

I just took my 12 year old dog in for a teeth cleaning and his teeth are perfectly white again. Why is this a problem you ask? Because the last time I took him to this same vet they did the same procedure and his teeth were still stained, yellow and caked with plaque. I made the false assumption, at the time, that the vet did the best he could and I paid the more than $100 charge for blood work and the cleaning. This time around my dog had to have teeth removed because they had gotten bad. Which makes me wonder, if the vet had done a through cleaning the previous time, would my dog still have his teeth? I feel very cheated and sad for my dog. I will be finding a new vet immediately!! I just wish I had taken photos for proof. But who thinks to take pictures of their dog's teeth!

I am so glad that I found this vet! They are very reasonably priced and I feel that you get an excellent value for the level of service they provide. The vet and all staff are extremely professional. They even lent me a carrier to take my cats home after they were neutered. We will definitely be going back!

We've been taking our dogs there for many years now. He is very good with animals and compassionate. His fees are very reasonable and has a very good facility. I only wish that he treated exotic animals. Reasonable ferret vets are a hard find. I would recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.
