This review is not on the vet itself but the Secretary. She seemed like she wasn't happy to answer the phone but she did help me. But near the end of the call she got very rude. After She told me she has the flea medication and how much it was I asked if someone would be able to come in and pick it up. She got confused and after a long "Um" said I would have to register in the system. I said that it was fine and after a pause I said my name. Then she got a rude tone and said "Ma'am You need to do it here." I apologized and said that my boyfriend would be picking it up. She was short and said Ok? Politely I said Thank you and she hung up. In my years working with customer service you always say have a nice day or something nice at the end of an exchange.

I recently called and talked to one of the nurse to try and find a sure proof way to rid my animals of fleas. The women was very short with me and treated me as I was a child. She didn't answe my questions and was very rude. Personally I believe that if you want people to spend money at your establishment you must gain a little trust and respect for them. I will not return because of the lack of common courtesy.
