While the facility is clean, and the service people are very nice, kvc is very expensive. Also I took a pet here and was told that it had a tumor behind its eye. I could get an expensive test that would not totally prove there even was a tumor or they could take the eye out and see. I left with a few syringes of pain killer and the cats eye problem, (which turned out to be an infection) healed completely in less than two weeks. Never had a problem since. Either they are rip off artists or they don't know what they are talking about.

I took my dog to this vet because of the great hours and my current vet was inflexible. I knew my dog had a UTI, the symptoms were quite obvious. When I got there she convinced me to get xrays and bloodwork done to make sure he didn't have an intestinal blockage. Which he didn't, of course. $300 later I got the antibiotic that cured him in 10days. When I called them to let them know I thought the infection was returning they told me I could not get a refill of the antibiotic without doing a highly invasive procedure to aspirate urine from the bladder with a needle. After fighting with them they refilled my prescription without the procedure. The hours are great but the tests are unnecessary, tidiculous, and put pets at higher risk for complications. I could have fixed my dog myself if they sold antibiotics over the counter.
