I have loved RIAH for over 12 years. The entire staff is professional yet warm and friendly to both my pet and to me. I can not see myself ever going anywhere but to this facility as long as I live close by and have a pet. I have to admit not needing an appt has been very handy more than once for my pet in need. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes even without an appt. I have recommended friends here and all have been pleased with the care as well.

This is the best vet I have been to in the quad cities. The office is always clean and does not smell like animals. The staff are caring, understanding and friendly not judgmental or pushy. They really love their job and take great care of your pets. Since it was a walk in clinic i thought i would have long waiting times but it has always been reasonable. The great care my pets have gotten there has always been affordable.

Our recent experience with RIAH was with the illness and death of our poodle, Pierre. The staff's caring attitude, not only for Pierre, but for us also, made it possible to get through this very difficult time. Knowing that they have their own pets and have experienced some of the same struggles that we did also helped. Going back a little further, the staff's patience in showing me how to inject insulin and otherwise care for an aging dog, was really appreciated. I felt that with their guidance, we were able to give Pierre the best possible care. Thank you!

This place has always been very helpful and friendly one of the best things about them is you don't always need an appointment. Have never had to wait very long. They are always good with my dog who is a handful. Prices are reasonable also.

We recently took our dog to RIAH and found the experience completely satisfying. The staff and doctors were patient, caring and understandable in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. We could not have been happier.
