While I have never had an issue with any of the vets themselves, I always have a problem with the front desk staff. They are rude and extremely impersonable; talk about lack of personalities! With a ton of front desk help, you'd think that service would be quick and efficient but it rarely is. It's for that reason that I would not recommend taking your pets there. To me, all staff should care about the level of customer satisfaction and they simply don't.
