They are so very kind and you can tell they love what they do. Sandy & Jaimie are always kind and sweet. Dr. Mercer is so wonderful and caring!

Dr. Kobus is "AWESOME"... My first impression was that I was not very pleased with the chaotic madness in the waiting area. All I kept thinking was I just want to have my dog's problem addressed, until I can get him to a real vet on Monday. However, once I met Dr. Kobus, my whole outlook changed. I loved her! She was great with my dog and addressed all of his issues with the highest regard of care and concern for his overall health condition. Upon entering and leaving the clinic room, my dog is definitely not a dog friendly kind of animal, so all the girls took great initiative to make sure that a path was cleared for him, to ensure that no issues arose from others animals. If your dog is not a dog friendly anilmal like mine, just leave them in the car until they call for them. And did I mention that the cost was way less then what I was expecting to pay. The girls even came into our room and checked us out in there, so that we didn't have to wait in the waiting area again. Trust me, you're gonna love this place, if you can just get past the waiting room experience! DR. KOBUS HAS NOW BECOME OUR NEW VET! Thanks a million Dr. Kobus, "YOU ROCK"...

Clearly they do not care about your pets when they disregard emergency situations.They allowed my friend's cat to die in the waiting room while routine cases went in ahead of her emergency case when she repeatedly asked to be seen ASAP and the receptionist ignored her request. Then after she lost him no one consoled her & her complaints about how the situation had been handled were ignored. Her family pets have been patients there since they opened. Way to treat your loyal clients.
