I've been taking my dogs there for almost fifteen years now. They've battled through raccoon and coyote fights, exhaustion, etc. They've always been there to help. I now have a seven month old puppy who suffered a broken foot. They've always been able to see me as soon as I call. Dr. Kroll is great, seems to care a lot. I have to go back every week for a checkup where they could easily charge me for their time, and they don't. Dr. Cook's uninvasive surgeries are recommended all over the Midwest. I can't compare their prices to anyone else, but dogs at the vet are expensive anyway. I definitely recommend the Animal Medical Clinic of St Charles to anyone looking for a vet. Businesses are going to have disappointed customers, as you can see from some of these reviews. But I've never had a problem and I've always been treated well there. (Most customers are pains in the a$$ anyway, so expect negative reviews for any vet.)
