First off the lady at the front desk named Candy is the most ignorant person I think I have ever spoken to. Second of all, you will wait forever trying to get service. Third, after spending several hundred dollars there, there was still no diagnosis for my dog. I should of have learned my lesson and not continued to go there, but I had to board my dog while on vacation. After the first night being there, I get a voicemail stating to call about my dog, a very rude and non-caring voicemail to say the least, and come to find out they put my dog down due to her stomach turning. She was only supposed to be fed 1 cup of food..... somehow I don't think this happened pretty sure she was over fed and not used to eating so much food which caused this. I would never recommend anyone take their pet here. The only positive is they are cheap...... you get what you pay for.

Dr. Birk and her staff took care of my dog for almost 15 years. In that time, I found them to be honest, caring and professional in every way. The level of care our dog received was excellent and everyone on staff there was always friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone of my family or friends looking for excellent care for their pets.

Not only is the service here quick and professional, but they're quite cheap too. Word of warning though, they don't take debit or credit cards so blow the dust off your checkbooks.

By far the worst customer service I have experienced. When we tried to switch vets our new vet called them to get the records and they wouldn't release it because of a payment we didn't know about that was outstanding. We immediately called to correct this and they wouldn't accept our debit card or check over the phone or through mail we had to bring them cash and they are in another town. When we brought the cash in and paid the bill Our new vet called the next week to get our records and They told them that we still have not paid the bill and wouldn't release the info. When I gave them the receipt invoice number they put me on hold for 6 1/2 minutes and came back and said it had been paid and they would send it. No apology given. Not even sure they will really send it. I hope so. I would never recomend them. When I was there to pay the bill they waited over 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Horrible would have given no star if it were an option.
