I had my puppy spayed at Randall Road Animal Hospital South Elgin about 2 weeks ago. This was the first time I was trying this hospital. I can't believe how wonderful they were to me and my pup, Mimi. The doctor was great and came and talked to me when I dropped Mimi off and also when I picked her up. The incision was so small and neatly done. They called the very next morning asking how Mimi was doing and they showed compassion and kind words to me. Mimi was fine the very next day. She only had 1 pain pill that day and never needed another one,. The other thing that impressed me was how affordable and reasonable their pricing was. They charged less than half of what my old vet used to charge me. The reason I changed vets was because my prior vet was so unreasonable regarding matching South Elgins pricing. Customer service and the ability for all the pet owners to afford what is needed for the pet seems to not be their concern, so Adious old vet, in with the Best place, Randall Road Animal Hospital South Elgin location. Love you guys!!

I would definitely recommend Randall Road Animal Hospital in South Elgin. Dr. Paul is great with our dog! He always makes us feel very comfortable and confident that our dog is in good hands. Plus, they are very affordable which is nice.

To begin with,the staff are very accommodating I have two large dogs and while I was filling out their form, as it was my first visit, they offered to take one of the dogs until I finished. My female Lab. then has a bathroom accident while being held by the tech and she was very kind about it and cleaned the area. They really demonstrate their love for animals the techs are just wonderful. The Dr Bajuk is a terrific doctor he has great compassion and put the dogs at ease my 10 y/o Rot/Belgian Malinois/Irish terrier mix was giving kisses to the doctor, which is a first. Besides being compassionate Dr Bajuk demonstrates keen clinical skills and knowledge and is a great educator offering information pertaining to the health of my dogs. I have been to many vets and couldn't be more pleased.

Did a great job spaying my two cats and the fees/charges are a little less costly than those of comparable vets in the area. The person at the front desk and techs/vet assistants have always been very helpful and courteous. Will continue to come here for yearly vaccines!

Love the staff and Dr. Paul. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and they genuinely care about my pets’ well-being. They take the time to listen and not rush me through my appointments.
