When we first moved into the area, one of my dogs got bitten by a neighborhood dog at 5 PM on a Friday and needed immediate care. We didn't have a vet yet, and no one else would see us. Dr. Crittenden took care of him, and we have been going back ever since, for everything from routine vaccinations and wellness to surgeries--tumor removals, bladder stones, and dental surgery. Dr. Crittenden is very good about explaining different options, and always takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable with a decision. Everyone here cares about your pet! Visiting the office is always a pleasant experience.

Everyone is very friendly, informative, and provides a high-quality of service. Doctor Crittenden takes the time to explain the results. My dog, Tela loves going to see everyone there and they always ask how she is doing when I call. I highly recommend South Town Animal Hospital.

The veterinarians and all the staff here are fabulous! Dr. Crittenden accurately diagnosed and treated my dog for allergies, dental concerns, travel/medication concerns and many other issues. She always returns my phone calls after hours at no cost to me to address my concerns. The staff is very helpful and accommodating for all my needs. The office manager promptly answers emails, responding to my questions in that manner. The entire staff know my dog and always expresses concern. I highly recommend South Town Animal Hospital and wouldn't go anywhere else!

South Town Animal Hospital is absolutely awesome. Dr. Critten is very knowledgeable and calming. The staff is very friendly, respectful and helpful. We can usually get our dog in the same day if there is a problem, which is worth a lot. Our dog Gretta will not go anywhere else. We have been extremely satisfied with South Town Animal Hospital since we have been taking our girl Gretta there for the past 5-6 years. You will become a fan too!

Okay, I was like the rest of these people. I freaking loved this woman! I thought she was the greatest I sent my friends and family to her. I realized that she isn't that great of a Doctor. I only realized this once people started telling me. You take your dog in because they have an issue. She told me 3 things that it could be. She told me, well it could be a little yeast infection, or it could be her scrapping it on the ground, it could be gall stones but the only way for me to know that is if I do this test. For everything that it COULD be, 95 bucks. I am sorry you need to know what the hell is wrong and not what it could be what are you a doctor for then
