The vets at the Sangamon Ave. clinic seem to be good people. My dog had to be put down suddenly because of an infestation that I came about quickly. I asked the vet what I should do. She said they could start emergency treatment but could give no guarantees. She said the best thing for the dog would be to put her down. I gave consent, and upon walking back into the waiting room, the front desk staff were making rude comments about my misfortune. I will never give them my business again. It wasn't the vet's fault for this, but upon reading a similar review, I know that I'm not the first to be treated like this. There are other places that offer top notch services and compassion when it is needed. All it took for me to feel this way was one employee to shoot off her mouth. As if I didn't feel bad enough already.

I needed to board my Siberian overnight in order to attend a graduation ceremony the following day. The facility was clean and the staff carefully labeled all of my items. In addition, they had contacted my personal vet ahead of time and had all of my dog's information. I found the staff to be accommodating, pleasant, and caring. I would certainly use this facility again.

Cannot say enough great things about the kennel at the vet clinic. They are professional, communicative and actually love my dogs. Leaving my guys always makes me nervous, but I know they are in great, caring hands. I will definitely continue to use this kennel. Thanks for all you do!!!

Consistently very satisfied! In my 7+ years of experience I have found the veterinarians and staff to be very courteous and professional. They go way beyond the extra mile for the animals and pet owner, and show extraordinary compassion. Dr, O'Brien and her colleagues recently saved my kitty's life, and I will be forever grateful.

The vets are nice to the animals, but the people that work the front desk and answer the phones need a talking to. I finally started taking my dog elsewhere because they were so rude to ME. If I'm not comfortable with the staff then I'm not taking my dog there. Again the Doctors that work there are nice, it's the other staff members that I had a problem with.
