I was faced with making a hard decision to put my cat to sleep because my cat was going pee pee on the couch and there seemed to be no hope of changing the behavior. I knew that my cat had a problem jumping and other vets just shrugged and didn't seem to care or offer any resolution. I decided to go to NW Exotic Veterinary Clinic to most likely have my cat of 15 years put to sleep. I was met by very knowledgeable staff who genuinely cared and showed an interest to help rather than just put her to sleep. The Vet gave her an exam, was extremely compassionate and took the time to look at the root of the issue. She then prescribed a pain killer and anti-inflammatory to see if that would help.... This was the first person to show any form of interest in helping my little girl. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and compassion. Thank you!

I have 6 exotic birds -- Cockatoos, Amazons and a Conure. The service is wonderful, the pricing is really fair, and I trust Dr. Mary implicitly. She is the most caring and best bird vet in the area!
