How can one put into words that can only be experienced by being there ? The level of kindness, caring, ability and skill that are gathered under one roof is more than one could hope for when your pet is in need of medical attention! Our Molly was rescued from deaths door due to the fact that Companion offers a 24 hour emergency service staffed by a brilliant group of doctors, technical staff and office personnel that was available in our time of need. This type of service offered by Companion is such a valuable enhancement for the Indianapolis Carmel Community. Not only is the level of emergency care beyond a #10 but the same care is taken for routine check ups and boarding. I can't say enough, except thank you all. Renee & Jim Turco

Companion Animal Medical Center is great! The two times I've needed to visit them was to put down an elderly cat and to front declaw a new kitten. Both times the staff and doctors were compassionate and caring and understanding of my needs. I got to spend time in the end with my elderly cat and truly say goodbye with the respect and privacy I deserved. They were gentle with my cat from the moment I came in and were gentle with me from the moment I called to the follow up card and donation made in my cat's name. With the new kitten everyone was fun and excited and made me feel comfortable with the surgery. They educated me on the process and recovery. I asked to stop by later that day and see my kitten after surgery and they were very accommodating. Overall, I've never had such a good and positive experience with a veterinary group. I'm truly impressed with how Companion does business and the "human" touch they applied to me and my little four legged family members. I highly recommend Companion and any doctor there if you are looking for a vet for your pet or know someone interested.

I went in to buy Frontline flea medicine for my dog. The board behind the receptionist desk listed the medicine as costing $13.20 if you bought six or more. There was a asterik beside it saying there was a rebate if bought in these quantities. When the girl brought the medicine out there were two additional doses of the medication. When she totaled up my bill it came to $105.60. Now I have been out of school for sometime but 6X$13.20 comes to $79.20. When I inquired why it was so much I was told it was because of the two "FREE" doses but yet I was charged $13.20 for these additional two. I fulfilled the condition of buying 6 @ $13.20 and did not ask for the additional two "FREE" ones. To me if they were indeed "FREE" then that means no charge. My bill read quantity 6 at a total of $105.60 and 2 @ at $0.00 but if you do the math that is 8 at $13.20.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Morrison for 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I'm always confident that my dogs are receiving the best care. When my hunting dog injured his front leg, Dr. Morrison did precautionary testing to rule out things like Lyme disease, then sent us to a specialist so that we could be certain that there were no underlying conditions. We found none, and she has been amazing at helping us to develop a long-term treatment regimen. Dr. Morrison is very personable with us and extremely compassionate with the dogs. I've recommended her to family members and several friends, and they have all had the same experience. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
