We are very disappointed with the amount of products and services we had pushed on us when we bright our dog in to have his back examined including: $15 for mouthwash we didn't ask for, extra charges to have his ears examined using a TV attachment to the otoscope that was not explained to us, and the recommendation to acquire x-rays for approximately $300. We sought a 2nd option on the x-rays after a friend who also has a pet with back problems warned us that x-rays for this particular condition are not helpful. The dog back specialist on 86th Street confirmed this claim that the x-rays are indeed totally unnecessary in diagnosing the condition, and acquiring them would only lighten our wallet and stress out our pet. The gold standard diagnostic is a more expensive imaging procedure that we gladly paid for at another office entirely. My opinion about Bridgeview is that they are interested in harvesting client money more so than in the heath of client animals. I will not be returning.

Love Bridgeview. My dog Jax has been a patient and has received grooming over the past five years. I especially appreciate their follow up calls to see if Jax is doing well after a procedure. Recently Jax had her teeth cleaned and they sent me a text with a picture of her waking up from the cleaning and that she was doing well. That says a lot.

I was very upset on the service I got here. The customer service was horrible and it seems all they care about is the money. I get it, they are a business. They are in it for the profit. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We had to put our 18.5 yr old cat down and it was one of the hardest things I have had to do...Spunky was a special cat that got EVERYONE to like her even if they DIDN'T LIKE CATS! To say it was hard was an under statement. The Bridgeview staff was AMAZING! They were compassionate, explained what would happen and even sent us a card afterwards. That kind of service is wonderful and so appreciated! Thank you Bridgeview. We will still see you with our other cat and dog! Amy Corey

We absolutely love Bridgeview. From Doctor Graves to the receptionists to the technicians .... everyone is fantastic. Our Corgi, Sparky, loves to go to the vet. They are always quick to see him when needed and you can tell they care. I am confident they know what is best for Sparky and I love that he is treated like he is at home. I absolutely recommend Bridgeview.
