In a slight emergency situation, we were referred to B.P.W.C. since our current vet's office could not see us for 3 additional days. (red flag, right?) We were made to feel welcomed and everyone carried out their duties professionally. Upon our return for the necessary surgery, all went as planned and I was tickled with the surprise of a picture of our dog when he was in recovery. Such a cute idea! The follow-up over the course of the next few days was nice as well. Just a simple phone call from the cliinic makes a difference. The person who referred us also benefited! I was very nervous to get my cat declawed and they took such good care of her. They made me and my cat feel very welcome and secure. They even sent a get well letter to my cat in the mail. I highly recommend Binford Pet Wellness Clinic. 1) Affordable annual wellness packages for my dog and cat. 2) VERY friendly and helpful staff and veterinarian. 3) I love their email communications and online services. Very convenient to schedule appointments, stay on track with their heartworm and other preventative treatments, and I can email them to ask questions! We will definitely continue going here.

Staff is always so nice. Very clean. Good with my fur babies!! Best part of all, EXCELLENT prices!! This is the best vet I have been to. And I love how the reminder cards are pictures of your animals!
