When I called the facility, the person answering the phone did not seem enthusiastic. I took my dog in the following day and had an okay experience. My dog was suppose to be bathed and get his nails cut. The person who I dealt with in-person said she would call me around 2pm to pick my dog up. At 3:30pm, I went and picked my dog up (never received a call). They had not cut his nails and tried to do it while I was there. My dog smelled okay until I got him in the car (an enclosed area). Needless to say, "HE STANK"!! His nails were not cut and it l noticed white flakes on his back, similar to dry shampoo residue. They charged by his weight, so I paid $36.00. If he weighed 4 pounds more I would have paid $42.00. Then I found out that most vets do not charge that much for a shampoo. Never again!!!
