Even my silly questions were addressed and answered. The doctor has always been very professional and an expert in his field. This visit was unique because my nurse was also a tremendous contributor. She had a great sense of humor, showed care for my pooch, and delivered excellent quality service. Solid operation you are running there.

My "kids" Bailey, Bella, and Molly all came in for a visit last week. Normally, they are frantic, whine, and cry when they go to a vets office. They were so calm and not nervous at all! Dr Magnusson and his team are very good with my "kids" and I will continue bringing them forever! Thanks for the great care

For the reputation and cost this place was disappointing. DO NOT go here if you are expecting to see Dr. Magnusson. Always dealing with new people and once one of the "vets" even suggested to remove the duclaws for the first time AFTER my dogs surgery when I went to pick her up. Are you kidding me? Opting to put her under a second time? Seem shady and very money grabbing to me. Not to mention all the random out of the blue fees like stays, visits prior to surgeries and twice charged for shots when im on the shots for life program. How many times do I have to repeat that? Also getting charged for a visit when I'm getting a second round of a shot and the "vet" does not even check her! Dr. Mag is AMAZING however I saw him the first time and some time in between for my first dog, then never again for my other pets. I believe you need to scale down before your reputation suffers.

First I want to say I had extremely high expectations for coming to this place with it being the #1 recommended on the Indy-A-List. First impression with the vet staff showed to be good but it all changed with Dr. Magnusson. I have never met a more cold hearted person in the medical field than this man. Initially he seemed to be very thorough and informative which is what I was looking for with this being the 3rd vet I have been to for an answer. The only thing I will give him credit for is referring us to an incredible surgeon and nothing other than that. None of his advise was accurate or honest. I do not appreciate him telling me my dog who is 2.5 years old would have a lame leg for the rest of his life and that no surgeon would want to operate on him due to both his age and that his leg had been bothering him for a few months. Never answered my moms question when she asked if he had any suggestions of what we could due to him him being an active dog (red healer) just walked out of the room and never even showed appreciation for us coming there, with it being our first visit. My mom and I left there feeling hopeless and saddened thinking my dog was going to have a limp leg his entire life. Dr's character and personality were the most heartless I have experienced not to mention I met with the surgeon yesterday morning with Rosko and never once did he question his age or the length of time the problem in his knee had been going on. He never raised a flag on any part of my pups situation and treated him like his own. Surgery was performed and completed yesterday and all went great. I am so thankful I did not listen to Dr. Magnussons advice, because if I would have, Rosko would not have had surgery and be expected to make a 95% recovery (which to a dog is 100%). Needless to say, I will not return nor will I refer anyone to this clinic to have their animal treated.
