My family has been utilizing the expertise at Northern Heights Pet Hospital for a little over 30 years. Through the growth of young animals, the aches and pains of middle age, and the pain of loss, Dr. Jay Park and Dr. Teresa Park are always there. They have always been quite honest about my pets' needs, yet they are gentle - you know that they have loved animals the same as you love yours. Definitely not just a job; the whole staff is involved with you and your pet(s) completely from the moment you enter to Suzanne's smiling face, until you leave, confident that the best has been done for your best friend.

I would rate Northern Heights Animal Hospital ZERO stars if this were possible. They completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my dog, told me she was dying from antifreeze poisoning (as though she were telling me the weather report, no compassion) and that my only chance was to take her to VCA. They didn't even give me a copy of the lab results to take with me so I had to have all the labs redone which is NOT cheap. VCA told us my dog did not have antifreeze poisoning and that if she had, she would have been dead days before. They were even shocked that Northern Heights had come up with such an idiotic and misinformed diagnosis. NEVER take your pets here. We payed nearly $1,000 to waste our time with them, not to mention the cost of what VCA had to do to actually save my dog.
