Each time I was there--with an appointment--I was ignored and left sitting in the "waiting" room with my dog or cat in its kennel, while the immature and extremely RUDE staff, including Dr. Dallas, called their favorites to come in. Often I had to wait an hour while they took good care of the people they wanted to. This is how it seems to work at Dr. Dallas' office. And they are nasty and rude if you aren't one of their buds. Dr. Dallas is not always correct in her diagnoses, and she will try to con you into dental work or other service that you cannot verify just to get a fee. She did this with me on my cat's teeth, so that is why I am writing this. Personal experience. When my cat died, I informed them so they would remove her name from their records.
