Very unprofessional, I had an appointment for my dog's follow up after I had spent 300 dollars for an ear infection. The appointment was for 5 pm and we showed up 10 min early. I went to the counter and after standing there for at least 5 minutes to talk to someone, I asked how long would our wait be since I was about 5 min early at this point. The woman behind the counter smugly says honestly you will probably have to wait at least 2 hours. I replied that I had an appointment, she says sorry but we are real busy. I said, why couldn't someone call. They said they didn't have my number. Even though two weeks ago,when I filled out the paper work for the original visit, I gave them two different phone numbers they could get a hold of me with. I would recommend taking your pet somewhere else unless it's an emergency.

I have been taking my cat to get groomed to this salon for years. My cat loves it there! Everyone is so nice and professional. Prices are good. And if you have a coupon its even better! I always tip the girls! My cat leaves very happy and looking great!
