Terrible Place, they keep asking us to do more services so they can get more more from our pocket. If you work there and read this, please dont do this to the customers. It's suppose to be a low cost clinic, come on!!

I worked at this clinic for over 2 year and can honestly say they always want what is best for every animal and every client. There can sometimes be miscommunication between staff and clients but that is inevitable due to the volume of pets seen. They are the only staff I would trust with my pets.

I used to love this clinic. I would recommend it to friends, family and anyone else with a pet. But after the unethical, rude and vile treatment I received today, I will NEVER send another person in the direction of this awful clinic. Their DOCTORS do wonderful and important work, yes. But the receptionists and admin that are employed at this clinic are rude, thoughtless people with no hint of a bedside manner. They should not be working in such close proximity with other human beings. I just had a HORRIBLE experience with Low Cast Spay Neuter located in Noblesville, Indiana. I called to get one copy of my dog's heartworm and rabies paperwork to take to the groomer and I said, "You only charge the $5 fee when paperwork is faxed, right?" Because I had had a previous experience at this same clinic where I was offered the choice of faxing my dog's paperwork to the groomer for a $5 fee or picking it up in person for free. The woman said, in a curt and condescending tone, "No. It's not free. It's $5 no matter what." Trying to reason with this woman was absolutely a lost cause so I calmly asked to please speak with her manager. After a moment's hesitation, she said, "There's no manager available. Well, I'm the business manager and we're starting to get a bit busy so unless you have something else to say, I'm going to let you go." My jaw was on the floor. UNBELIEVABLE! So completely, unapologetically rude and hateful with absolutely not provocation. That moment I decided to NEVER go back to Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic and find a new vet. Luckily I came in contact with CASTLETON PET CLINIC and asked their gracious receptionist if charging for paperwork is a standard practice in the veterinary industry. She was legitimately appalled and stated that her clinic has no such rules or charges. I have bought pets from Low Cost, I have had every single one of my pets spayed/neutered at this clinic... Even thought about volunteering at this clinic. But after today, I will never be back. I will go out of my way to tell people to never come to this establishment and why. I have never been treated so lowly before and that woman is officially not qualified to be dealing with people.

I just want to say ... I have taken many pets here my own and rescue animals and have always had good expereinces. Yes, they are busy and don't have alot of time for chatting however they do care about the pets and do their job well as well as inform you as to what to do if you need help or your pet has a problem.
