I do like this place, I'm all for non-franchise places and this is the one, but I am truly bummed, it's not disability friendly nor is it disability-patient for a customer like me. I found it upsetting because my dog is becoming ill and they made it difficult, putting me on hold when I have some communication difficulties.

We took our dog here for a couple of years, he really only needed the annual exams and they labeled him as an aggressive dog because while trying to bribe him onto the scale the receptionist gave him a tiny treat (he is 70lbs) and he didn't eat it gently enough. From then on they tried to take him in the back to do the exam and give him vaccines which is wrong because then I don't know what goes on and how they treat him. So we are switching vets, had an excellent visit at Wellington with another dog so we will be going there. Hope this review helps others.
