We have gone to Dr. Hoefler and Parrett Veterinary Clinic for many years and would never go anywhere else. The staff and doctors are all so very caring towards all the animals. I trust the doctors advice and know they have nothing but the best interest of my pets in mind. Our little Sadie had some serious back issues a few years ago and Dr. Hoefler was so kind and caring as well as the rest of the staff. My experience with this clinic has always been amazing. They all are so loving and patience with each individual case. I have unfortunately choose to end my dogs suffering and they made it so easy and let me be with him. I will bring all my future pets here. I absolutely love how we are cared for.

All of our pets have gone to Parrett's over many many years...their treatment has been like family...the staff is very knowledgeable and the doctors are patient and very informed. I wish people doctors were as good!!

My husband and I have two dogs who we take in all the time. One of our dogs had an ear infection which was hurting her terribly and the doctor mad sure to explain all the medications and why she needed them. He also understood that we couldn't afford some of the more expensive treatments so he explained some at home stuff we could do at no charge. The wait times can be pretty long of you are a walk in but they are not bad at all if you make an apointment. The cost is amazingly affordable (that's why we drive from Mishawaka just to come here!). My mother in law recommended this vet to us and I gladly will do the same for all of my pet owner friends and family.

We LOVE Dr Hoeffler. I have multiple pets and have been to multiple vets over the years and I have never been more pleased with the way my pets and I have been treated or with the prices than at Parrets Veterinary Clinic. I feel they are very fair with their pricing, Dr Hoeffler takes the time to talk to us and explain what we need to know. I also feel like he genuinely loves what he does and deep down cares about each and every animal that comes through his doors. We live in South Bend so it's quite a drive for us to get to Parrets but I definitely think it's worth the drive every time I leave there. I would HIGHLY suggest them to anyone looking for a new vet.
