Don't use their services. And make sure that you do not use the Optimum Plan ! This is the biggest scam since Madoff! Tell them not to peddle you their rabble! The plan is sold as a way to lower your vet bill, that is a LIE. The plan is designed to eek you dry. Don't fall prey to their sales tactics!
