They might be cheaper, but definitely do not go there if you have a pet emergency. I live less than 100ft away, took my cat in because he could not urinate (which is extremely deadly) and was told I could schedule an appointment for a later date. I told them that it was an emergency and they acted like it was no big deal so I ended up taking him to the Emergency Med Vet for a very large fee I was able to save his life to the tune of 2000 dollars. I wouldn't be so jaded if they wouldn't have acted like it was no big deal, but the fact that they wouldn't even see him and acted like I should wait a few days is beyond irreprehensible. The Emergency Med vet and my regular vet both told me to NEVER go back there and that my cat could only survive at most 48 hours without urinating due to toxic buildup and bladder explosion essentially. NEVER TAKE AN ANIMAL HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY!!!
I called about 15 vets near me and they all told me it would be in the hundreds to get my kitten her shots and to get her spayed. I called them because a family member had recommended them, they just weren't close to my house. They said I'm looking at about $200 TOTAL for 2 sets of shots and to get her fixed. Their prices are great and the veterinarian is very good. Worth the extra 15 minute drive.
No rating. My dad, Dr. C.M. Pierce, was the Turner town doctor in this building from 1952 until his death in 1973. Just wondered if anyone in Turner still remembered him.
Dr.Hamilton is very straight forward and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he knows his stuff. Also, he doesn't push unnecessary treatments just to get more money. He truly cares about animals and people. Great man and a great vet!
Only vet that would treat my dog. Saved his life. Great vet
