I was given a purebred kitten for Christmas and had questions about him and the care of him. Several times I have stopped at the OLATHE Banfield and they were not friendly AT ALL! Seemingly too busy for a potential client. I tried to get my kitten in for a nueter and had the same reaction. Obviously they do not need my business and I woudl not want to leave an animal there with people who seem to be so dispassionate and rude. I took him over to the Banfield in OVERLAND PARK. I was having a tough time with money and how to care for him. Not only did they work a plan that was more than affordable, but was very happy to do it for me and him. They were so nice and helpful. I did not tell them of my experience before, but really like the care he was given and the compassion for my needs as a pet owner as well.

Our vet always acts as if our dogs are like her own. Every time we've had a problem they have done an awesome job at solving it

I will never take another pet to this place. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is our second year to purchase a one-year wellness plan for our labrador. We have had a good experience with this animal hospital. It is very convenient and the vets and aides are helpful and knowledgeable. After letting the staff know that we are on a tight budget, they have worked to keep our costs down with any other medicines that our dog required. Overall we have been satisfied.

I had an appointment only to get some medication for an ear infection. My dog has had 100 ear infections and they are easily diagnosed. I sat in the little exam room for 45 minutes waiting for the Vet. I walked out and said to take me off the list and they said OK. Not, sorry, not let me see if I can find the Vet, just OK. They apparently don't need my business and don't care about their customers. Time to find a better Vet I guess.
