Completely irresponsible! The veterinarians here are OK for yearly shots, but cannot be relied upon for anything more. I had to track down the lab myself to expedite a time-sensitive lab work. Banfield did not offer (or even know about) the "expedite" option and then would not return my phone call after I told them about the option and our request to pay extra $200 to use the option. Thank God that the lab was compassionate and was willing to help us in this desperate situation. Very disappointed at Banfield.

Seems inexpensive with the health plan but they are very quick to push expensive test on you. I took my dog in for a broken toe and they told me it was her knee and the surgery could cost up to 3k! We went to a specialist who would do the surgery, he looked at her knee and the original x-rays and said there was absolutely nothing wrong. He took an x-ray of her toe.. broken. Banfield refunded the price of the x-rays they took but this is not the only time they wronged me.

Dr. Dunn at Banfield on 119th is the best Vet doctor! She really cares about her patients. I'll always go to her for my pet's needs.
