Melinda is a god send, So wonderful with our Bo Bo and with us. Very caring and compassionate in the good times and not so good.
Dr. Chambers and her staff have been caring for my animals for over 12 years. She and her staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, compassionate. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
After having such a wonderful experience with taking my cat in - I am shocked to see that CKVC had some poor reviews in the past. They were SO friendly and courteous with me and my pet, as well as knowledgeable about her needs. She had a dental procedure done and they took the time to thoroughly explain what exactly was going to be done, my options for extra care during and after the procedure, and what I could expect after it was completed. They called very promptly to let me know how she was doing, and took great care of her! I ended up visiting both locations between the routine checkup and dental procedure, and honestly I thought the staff at the South Hutch clinic really went the extra mile - although both clinics had great employees. Don't remember the vets name - but he was very nice. Overall, great experience. So I am inclined to think that whatever issues they were having in 2010 and 2011 have been resolved!
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Love our vet. We had to rush one of our cats to emergency. They said he would not have made it to the end of the day. They saved him and we have been going to them ever since with all ten of our animals. They have found problems we have been trying to figure out what was going on for years. Trust them completely with the care of our animals.
Ok, so when a friend of mine took in their dog, it was because he wasn't eating. The vets told him there was a piece of rope in his intestines that was knotting them up. So he asked them to admit him, and they said they needed 1500 dollars for the surgery... UP FRONT!... he didn't have it so they out him down after paying 80 for boarding him for the surgery that they nrvrt did. they never refunded the money and they wouldn't take payments on the surgery... Worst place ever!
