You will end up spending more here than almost any other vet clinic. I won a free years worth of care for my dog, and by the time my heart strings had been pulled enough, she had a 1k job done to her teeth to take away tarter, an I've probably spent over 2k there this entire year. I have a feeling that whoever 'wins' their free service package for a year, will end up spending more then they've bargained for. I think Banfield is looking for Veternarians who are better salesmen than actual Veternarians. I have no problem with any of their diagnosis, I just felt like things were over diagnosed and pretty taken advantage of because of my 'free' situation... I would never recommend it to a real friend. There are numerous others in Topeka that I've had much better experiences with, especially Stonehouse on 12th and Fairlawn.
