Mixed feelings after being hung up on twice. I think what I said was misunderstood. Possibly the facts were NOT communicated effectively. However, even if they were misunderstood it's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to just hang up on clients.
They are very friendly and helpful, great rates and they do not push uneeded costs onto you.
