I e-mailed back and forth with Kris (the hospital manager) a few times the night before I brought our kitty to WRAH. I really didn't expect her to e-mail me into the evening hours but she did and was VERY helpful. I called this morning for an appt and they happened to have one open, so I brought in our cat and was immediately greeted with smiling faces and professionalism. The ladies who helped us get situated there obviously take pride in their jobs and love animals. The place was clean and they got us into a room quick. After Dr. Weisshaar got into the room and took a look at my cat she was quick to make a judgment call and did a great job with service. The bill was much less than I was expecting and the techs(Sara! and others whose names I promised I'd forget...) were very helpful in letting me know how to proceed after I got home. I would recommend them very highly. They obviously really care about what they're doing and it shows. I will be coming back with both our kitty and our dog in the near future.
