Terrible. They are terrible liars. I am living in a very dismal financial situation currently and was promised dental work, and just dental work, for my cat by Dr. Trupp for $120. When I arrived at my appointment I was informed that I would HAVE to pay $450, an amount I do not have and not the amount I was promised. Many extra procedures were included in the price that I had not been warned about. I guess these people care more about making money than taking care of animals needs. NEVER take you cat to West Ridge Animal Hospital.

These Guys have been nothing but attentive and helpful for our Kitties. They are reasonably Priced and you get Excellent service for what you pay. We would rather pay about average for these guys and get the above average quality of care and service they have always provided than go a bit cheaper and leave our Cats in less Capable hands. We wholeheartedly Recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about this hospital. Not only did they take care of my dog when he was ill, they took care of me as well. The doctor and registered technicians were always available to answer my questions, even when I asked the same questions over and over. It was very clear to me that the staff was confident, caring, and smart. I have been to several places in Topeka and this will be my long term vet!

We have been going to Dr. Trupp for 15 years and he has been so great. His staff is so nice and compassionate. They are very easy to talk to and are very willing to answer questions. In response to the other reviews concerning the cost, think about what your animal means to you. I do not mind paying a little extra for the excellent service and treatment. I recommend all of my friends and family to WRAH!!

We went here and they gave our dog expired medicine as well, only we called to complain about it. At first they tried to tell us it was it was a computer error and they would get it fixed and give us new one. We still have not received the new rabies certificate. We called again and had to struggle to even talk to the doctor. She stonewalled and now we are getting the run around again. NEVER going back.
