I had a hedgehog bleeding very badly and I called in and she scheduled me an appointment that day within the next 3 hours he was being seen. Very Quick to help and very nice and friendly environment.

Dr. Miller quickly diagnosed my elderly cat with cancer, and treated us with care. She didn't dangle any false hope or try to drag us into a treatment plan that ultimately would not have worked (this type of cancer is usually fatal even to young cats). Any time I need an appointment, they can schedule us in and don't tell us it will be 2-3 days before they have an opening, their hours are very diverse. I felt Dr. Miller bent over backwards to help us pick the best option for our cat and we were able to have her pass at home. (and, they do not sell leashes and toys---that is PetSmart the pet store, NOT the vet, so the previous reviewer may be confused) Their pricing is right on target (and even sometimes less) compared to area pricing. I don't feel pushed or pressured and always feel that Dr. Miller listens to our concerns. All staff have been great.

The workers were all very nice. However, it took me an hour and six minutes just to get my rat checked out and get medication, with about a total of ten minutes of actual examination and talking. The rest was spent waiting in the exam room for them to return from their multiple trips to get things. In the end, they were very helpful though.

RIP OFF! For cryin' out load, geeze!!! These guys aren't shy a bit... forget about 100% higher than other stores, try 1000%!! I don't know how they stay in business. I seen a dog ball in there for EIGHT BUCKS and the SAME ONE WAS ONE DOLLAR AT WALMART, I mean really? Also seen a retractable leash for THIRTEEN BUCKS that was $4 at wally-world!!! Wow I guess I answered my own question about how they stay in business, they sell a couple items and the rent's paid! What a scam!!
