Very poor service! I got the impression they will gladly take your money & could care less about your pet. The staff give does not provide clear instructions on how to care for your pet after surgery. They do not give you any follow up calls on status. They do not have any post-operation care. You are on your own. They quoted me a price over the phone & of course, it was on the higher end of the quote with no clear explanation. The staff, including vets are extremely rude. I requested a bandage change the day after surgery, and they complained. I didn't realize I would be holding my cat while she was using the litter box. She got her little cast dirty & it smelled. They gave no protective care & no instructions. I do not recommend this vet at all.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. My whole family have been taking their pets to this clinic for years. I do like some of the vets over others, but overall, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I have tried other clinics and it's hard to find one that isn't just after your money. Everyone has different preferences and opinions, and I like this clinic. Nice, affordable and knowledgeable staff.
