Hello! I wanted to give an update on my pup - after her last pill, she is great. No resurfacing infections. I would like to amend my previous review by saying that although I do wish her full diagnosis was caught first visit, I would still recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. As one of two owners of this pup, the more time we have with her the better we know what questions and requests need to be verbalized for our pup to get the most out of the providers we take her to. Communication is key, and it gets better each time - sorry for any misunderstandings. In the end, we can't bring ourselves to go anywhere else! :)

The people here were incredibly nice an open and helpful (which I loved), but the end product just did not meet my expectations. There isn't a clear fix for everything (understandably), but long story short my dog was badly sick with intestinal parasites and she needed a lot of care - she was a rescue. The first time I took her here was for a physical and to treat the parasites. They performed a fecal exam using the fresh sample I gave them (very timely manner which was good), but they did not even look at it with the naked eye to address the parasites I was describing (in detail, I might add) were in her stool. They only looked at it under a microscope and told me I needed medications for ringworm and whipworm. SO, I bought them and gave them to my dog as directed. Worms were back again days later. Took in another fresh sample. Told them specifically to just LOOK at it in their back room, and tapeworm was identified. Given another $45 pill supposedly capable of killing off everything she had. Three weeks later, here they are again. I have had to go back to this clinic time and time again to address things that should have been addressed on the first visit. I even bought Sentinel and have been giving it to my dog monthly and she still has the same problem, so the preventatives aren't really doing any good at keeping them away. I was not given consistent information on the mechanisms of my dog's medications from every provider I saw, nor consistent treatment in general either. I just wish my baby had been taken care of two months ago when I brought her in, and that she would not consistently keep getting sick - she's just in a tough situation right now. Going to try another clinic and see how that goes. If you want someone who truly cares for your pet, this is a great place to go because they are wonderfully nice, timely, and caring - but make sure you do extensive research before going in and ask all the right questions, or they might send you on your way with little to no resolution.

I had to take my Lab here for an emergency as one of his toenails got ripped out while we were on a walk. We got there, his paw bleeding pretty bad, and they bandaged it hurriedly and had us sit and wait for four hours. When we did get in though, the doctor was AMAZING! He calmed my dog and took his time caring and treating the paw. Other than the absolutely horribly long wait, the vet was awesome!

Amazing! The staff was so friendly and caring with myself and my dog angus. The doctor explained everything perfectly and made us feel very welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone with pets.

Dr Schroyer and his team are absolutely THE most customer friendly veterinarians I have ever meet. We adopted a cat as a Christmas present and they were very nice about letting us keep it at their clinic until Christmas Eve, so we could surprise the kids. The also found ear mites after inspecting the cat for us. Three days later we picked up Annie (our cat) and they explained in great detail how to care for our new family addition. A couple of days later we received a call from them just asking how everything was going and to answer any questions we may have. I will be taking the cat and our two dogs Max and Marley here for all other visits.
