We have been taking our dogs to this vet. clinic for 14 years now. Now, there are new owners, but we were willing to give the new owners a chance with our 14 year old dog who has had the previous owner as a vet. for her whole life. She is delicate and requires extra care. Today my husband goes in to establish care and set up an appointment. He stood in the waiting room and had a long conversation with another customer who was waiting as well. Not once was he greeted, no eye contact, no, "we'll be right with you", nothing. He was completely ignored. So, I think that's a clear indication of how they would treat our pets. He just walked out, never being spoken to once. We will take our pets to Sheabel now.

I've been a client for many years, but Dr. Weinberg's unwillingness to speak to me directly regarding my pets needs and his unwillingness to consider increasing her medication which she was forced to "do without for one week" ...I chose to walk out of the clinic and hire a new Vet that puts the needs of their pets/clients as "priority one". I wont be back and neither will my eight pets! He has lost a lot of business here! Apparently, the "newlywed bliss" has changed him into an "angry bastard"!
