The people here go above and beyond for their pet owners and their pets. They truly love what they do, and it shows. Our young puppy had tapeworms, and we were just torn. When we brought her in, they made everything extremely easy, answered all of our questions and diminished all of our worries. Sandy, Lindsay, and Bailey are the sweetest women in the world! They really would go out of their way for their customers. Thank you for a great experience, and outstanding customer service.

We have been faithful clients of the Lansdowne Veterinary Clinic for many years. There is NO better care to be found for your furry animals than this clinic. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Each veterinarian brings their own unique style to their practice. We have grown so fond of them for the gentleness of their approach, their dedication to our animal's health, their ability to communicate and educate us on the issues at hand. They are thorough and take the time to explain things in detail. God knows they are patient with us and answering our endless questions. We once had a very special cocker spaniel named Peekaboo. She had so many health issues over the course of her life but, because of the care at Lansdowne, I believe they gave us YEARS we wouldn't have had otherwise. They truly are a special group of people! Make them part of your family, too!

Fantastic place to bring your critters. I have been a client for a few years, starting with a simple health certificate and continuing on through puppy check ups, well doggy check ups, and most recently 'dog bit the cat' exams. They are all friendly, warm, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for in-out very cheap vet care this is not place. But if you want personal attention, great follow-up and top notch care for your pets this is absolutely the place to go!

Dr. Pinkston and the staff at Landsdown Veterinary Clinic were absolutely WONDERFUL with my 14 year old shepherd. Not only did they address her immediate pain needs Dr. Pinkston worked with us on a quality of life plan to help my "puppy" and I get the most out of her remaining years. This group treats your pet like the valued family member that you consider them to be. I can't say enough about the care and dedication that this group showed us. Thank you!

The front desk staff and techs are absolutely wonderful, loving and full of knowledge. As for the dr. (the female dr is who we saw) not so much. I brought up a few times to the dr that my puppy's eye was loosing hair and she just dismissed me... and turns out that was the start of demodex mange. my poor pup is now suffering. A friend of mine brought her puppy there and it was misdiagnosed as well.. and her pup had heartworm. as beautiful as the office is and how great the staff is.. I will NOT be bringing my puppy back there again. **UPDATE. I received a heartfelt handwritten note from the Dr. I appreciate the kind words and attention brought to this matter. I feel it is fair to say we all make mistakes. Thank you all for your immediate attention to this. All the best.
