After wanting to switch to a new vet, (our old one just didn't fit), the doctors at Richmond Road Veterinary Clinic were recommended to us and we definitely know why! Our puggle, Jacque, is only 4 years old and in his first visit we found a tumor. Dr. Holaday stayed upbeat and conducted surgery days later to make sure our little guy has his best chance. He is doing so well now and we know he had outstanding care while there as he was back to his regular self in no time. So grateful for their care with our little guy! I agree with the other reviews as well- they are very timely and transparent with billing and procedures. I couldn't have asked for a better veterinarian group.

Richmond Road Vet Clinic is honestly top notch!!! Everything about the clinic is above average, there is never a wait in the lobby!! seriously I have been over 10 xs and never have I waited 😃 they are super clean, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, and honestly Dr Smith and Dr Holiday are the icing on the cake. thank you for treating that our dogs like our kids 😃

Dr. Smith has taken such good care of all of our babies. We have 3 pitties and 2 cats and they actually like going to the Vet. It's such a great feeling to have a Vet that genuinely cares about each patient that comes through the door. Thanks Dr. Smith for being the best Vet on the Planet!!!!

I have been taking my two dogs to RRVC for quite a while now. I really love it there. Let me tell you a few reasons why. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, not to mention knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are fair. Dr. Smith is just outstanding. I have an unusual breed of dog that has specific medical precautions and Dr. Smith is always willing to take time to learn about any issue before we formulate a treatment plan. I just love that about him. Also, RRVC is one of very few Clinics that has taken a step into the modern era. They use Facebook to help me feel in touch with my dogs while I am at work if they are dropped off there for treatments. They send out an actually useful monthly newsletter, and they even TEXT message! When my dog went in for a surgery, they took time out of their day to text me a picture of him so I would know he was alright. You can't beat customer service like that.
