On Feb. 5th, my first baby, Kaitlyn... a medium hair domestic kitty with tuxedo markings and a jointed tail was helped over the Rainbow bridge by Dr. Williams. It was the most HEART WRENCHING experience in my life that I am still recovering from. Katie was the first of my 6 babies and the ONLY fur-baby. I had her for almost 13 years. I could not have found a more compassionate staff or more comforting place to take her. I showed up with Kaitlyn lethargic and myself along with my 12 yo daughter crying. The staff who was quite busy, IMMEDIATELY took our Fur-baby in and started working on her. They got us a room instantly and held our hands through the whole processes. We didn't know right away that it was going to be our last hours with her. I can NEVER repay them for their emotional support. When it comes to their facilities, it is simple, VERY warm comfy, LARGE rooms. Their prices are VERY affordable and they will work with you if you need help. The animals come first here, it is sooo evident. When I am able to get another fur-baby... THEY WILL GO to Southland Veterinary Hospital. God Bless their staff.

We took our labrador to see Dr. Williams when we moved to KY. I had read many good things about this vet on google, insider pages, etc. Dr Williams was so nice, the staff was caring, and they even did her exam and tests in the room with us so we could see. It was great! Unfortunately, when we discovered she had Stage 5 Lymphoma the following Sunday - we had to revisit them to help our Pupster start her trip to doggie heaven. Not five minutes after I scheduled the appointment, Dr Williams called me directly to apologize for our loss and offer her condolences. She even gave us her cell phone number if we need anything. Amazing place - they have our business for life.

I have seen every vet this clinic offers and all of them are great. They treat you and your pet with respect. They are upfront about costs, etc. I would definitely recommend this vet clinic to anyone.
