My buddy Rodney just wasn't doing right. He was not eating and lethargic, so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Carl. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, caring and sympathetic as he clearly did not feel well. Dr. Carl did a thorough exam and ran some tests. Once we had the results, she recommended a treatment plan and now a couple a weeks later my old friend is back to his old self. I can't thank Dr. Carl and her excellent staff enough for what they did for us. They were awesome!

Everyone was warm and friendly and my cat was on his best behavior! It made it so easy to bring my cat to the vet, which I usually dread, when the staff gave me helpful ideas about getting Oliver into his cage! My last vet across town was afraid of him. The vets and staff at Equestrian Woods made this a positive experience. If you have a cat, this is the clinic to try.

I took my dog in for an examination for a very small growth she had developed on her stomach. Dr. Carl was not too helpful in voicing her recommendations, but I chose to have a simple biopsy done. Two weeks later, I receive a voicemail saying the results were lost and they could schedule another biopsy. However, I now did not trust them in the hands of my dog, and wanted to go into the office to speak about different options including them refunding my $178 bill. Dr. Carl acted as if they were not at fault at all, and that a refund was unjustified and completely foolish of me to even ask for. Needless to say, they were unprofessional, insincere and extremely rude. As a compassionate dog owner, I strongly advise to chose a different clinic, who you can entirely trust in the hands of your pet!

A+++++ I have to admit I'm an overactive owner. Anytime my animals do anything out of the ordinary I'm on the phone to those girls at Equestrian Woods. My mini dachsund fell off the couch once and hurt her back. OMG I was hysterical. Once Dr. Carl took a look at her and did x-rays she was fine. (Of course). I've been taking my animals there for nearly 8 years and I have to admit they truely love what they do.

BEST VET IN THE AREA!!! Dr. Carl and staff are not only super-friendly and genuinely caring, they are extremely knowledgable about all things animal. I have 100% confindence in them and always call when I have a question or concern, and have no doubts that I will receive solid, reliable information. A few months ago I had a rescue fall into my lap and I couldn't bear to pass him along to a shelter or the humane society ... he was so traumatized already. But, I was not financially in a position to take care of all the vetting he needed. Before giving up I called Equestrian Woods and asked if they could offer suggestions to help me to help him. They were awesome ... they asked me what I could afford now, and asked if they could call me back so they had time to come up with a plan. Shortly thereafter they called back with a schedule to get him what he needed first and to stagger everything else so that I could afford it. I broke down in tears on the phone with them when they said they could make it work ... the lil guy had already stolen my heart! As it turns out, he was too little to get everything all at once anyway ... so, it all worked out perfectly. My fur-babies are my world and I can't imagine placing them in better hands than Dr. Carl and the staff at Equestrian Woods. Thank you guys!!!
