I've used this vet for over a decade and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heekin. She is caring, attentive, an outstanding medical specialist, and she communicates extremely well.

Do not waste your time with this vet. I have called them in an emergency situation twice, for two different answers. both times they were too busy to help or care. That is how a vet treats its "patients"?? Avoid this vet at all costs, waste of time and energy doing business with them b/c they obvious don't care.

Dr. Heekin promptly scheduled a same-day appointment and took the necessary measures for my cat, without going overboard. She mentioned additional diagnostics that could be done, but recommended that we wait and see - which turned out to be an excellent choice. I've been to so many vets that want to run so many tests that it just feels like a way to hike the bill, and Dr. Heekin was not at all that way. We got the care necessary and didn't spend more than we had to.
