My cat had an injured ye (probably from another cat scratching it) and when I brought her there, they warned me about how this would effect her and tried to help her keep it. Once we realised it was too later for that, they got her into surgery at a good time, so she may have one eye, but she's here with me and happy. At the same time, one of our dogs had Heartworms, and when we asked when it needed to be treated, Fitzgerald's ( another vet office close by) told us it wasn't serious, and my dog died from it a week later before we could get the medication.

I have always found the Veterinarians and their staff to be exceptional in the care and concern that they have shown my pets. A Veterinarian Clinic is not a pet hotel and I understand that. I know that if I must board one of my pets that they will get the best possible care and attention that is humanly possible at a busy medical clinic. I also understand that some animals will loose weight simply because they lose their appetite because they are missing home.

I put my dog in while I was on leave. When I got her back, she seemed as though she was in a concentration camp. She had lost probably about 4 lbs, and she only weighed 8 lbs when she was put in. After paying for her boarding, the personnel present weren't very nice and seemed as though they only wanted the payment and me to leave. I highly doubt I put my dog into this boarding facility again.

My girlfriend had left her 1yr old Boxer there during Winter Break for 7 days. When she got back, her dog looked as if he had not eaten the whole time he was there. If you love your dog, DO NOT LEAVE HIM HERE!!!
