I have live all over the world, in several different cities, had several different pets and hands down these people are the some of the finest I have ever had the privilege of entrusting my animals to. My chihuahua recently developed liver problems. Dr. Daville was professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. After countless tests, she zeroed in on the problem and while not able to cure it, she showed me how to control it, so that my beloved puppy may enjoy several more years of life. In response to remarks about cost; after all the tests - I was expecting a bill around $3,000 - $5,000 (I promise you, living in Boston, that is what it would have been.), for 2 full days of care, one night, ultra sound and countless indepth, costly blood and urine tests, it was only at little over a $1,000. As far as rudeness, I saw no rudeness - what I did see was a group of dedicated, kind, caring people...Also, if you are going to own a pet, it's a guarantee that at sometime in their life they will become ill - get pet insurance, it is cheap and will save you a fortune in the long run.

I have only brought my cat here, not my dog, so I can only speak for that. Normally for inexpensive vet visits and checkups I take my cat to the military veterinarian. However, that is impossible for more urgent matters as sometimes it can take up to two weeks to be seen. Dr. Core here has been amazing, and we have seen him for three different issues for our cat. He is obviously very knowledgeable and good with cats. I've never seen my cat act so comfortably around a stranger before. He has treated her successfully for all the problems we brought her in for and we will be returning to this vet for all of our more urgent needs. They always seem to be available for appointments quickly. The only drawbacks is sometimes the vet is running late for appointments and you can get stuck waiting in the room for about 20 minutes before you even see the vet (20 minutes past your appointment time). I have not yet boarded a pet here or brought my dog, so I can only speak for Dr. Core and my cat. This vet is a bit pricier than what I'm used to, but the experiences have been really good.

Well to start I took my Border Collie when he was a baby three years ago and they charged me and arm and a leg and then didn't fix the problem and I had to take him somewhere else. I thought it was because they were new and I thought it odd that the female vet asked the male vet what Antibiotics dogs should have... I was like what? Then on 11/15/2012 I brought my Silky Terrior in because the base said they brought the military working dogs there when they can't get them in on the base. So, I thought maybe they would be better. Absolutely NOT! They were nice enough initially to take almost $200.00 from me and I dropped my dog off for them to evaluate her. Then they said they couldn't make her cough which was weird because when I picked her up she was coughing out to the car. THEN the medication didn't help her she actually got worse. Runny nose, coughing, horse, just plain sick and what is worse it spread to my little Chihuahua. I called them back two weeks later on my lunch break and the girl said to go ahead and bring my Silky back in and the DR said to go ahead and bring in my other little dog since it spread to her. I explained I had a vet visit on base scheduled the following week she said that is ok the DR would just charge me a recheck. WELL to my surprise I went to this Animal Hospital and when I got there that was NOT the case. I would be charge for a New Evaluation Visit for my little dog AND I would get charged for a RE-Evaluation for my other dog PLUS medications drop off fee etc. I got a little heated and said that is not what you guys told me and they said we didn't tell you to bring your other dog. I was like WHAT??? I told you I was on lunch break, I told you my main dog was still sick, I told you that I had an appointment with the other VET next week and you told me that they would make allowances for that no problem. SO... I wouldn't go here if I were you. Wasted my time and money and my dogs are still ill. When I asked to be given my dogs records and my personal information they refused. Oh and the staff laughed when I got upset. Such horrible customer service! Stay AWAY!
