I adopted a dog and she ended up having hereditary mange. I took her to Banfield to treat a sore, and they dipped her. They told her this was the treatment for these kind of sores. My dog was shaking when I picked her up, and she wasn't that way when I dropped we off. She wa lethargic for 3-5 days. So I called my old vet in Monroe, her reaction was, "WHAT? They dipped her?? They didn't tell you that 1 in 3 dogs die from that series of dips?" I said, "no." she asked me, "didn't they tell you about the oral treatment? It's like $60." so I drove to Monroe, got the oral treatment for her and she was her normal happy self all through the treatment. I would never wish this on any dog owner, I could have killed my dog and they didn't even tell me about the risks or oral treatment option. All they wanted to do was the most expensive option. And we have told them why we won't take any of our dogs to them again.

My puppy had a skin problem that needed to be looked at on a weekend. It wasn't bad enough to require an emergency vet or anything, but she was itching like crazy and obviously in a lot of discomfort. I called the Petsmart Clinic on a Saturday morning and they were more than willing to get me scheduled to be seen! An hour and a half later my puppy and I were seeing an incredibly nice, respectful, and knowledgeable veterinarian. They were so helpful and were even able to give me her antibiotics right then and there. For a weekend appointment and medication we were only charged $58! I was shocked, in a good way! They even made sure to call me back a couple of days later to check up on my puppy and see how she was responding to her treatment. This is DEF going to become my full time Vet!

Love being able to drop my cat off before work and pick her up after. So convenient! And they are all so friendly!
