We have been taking our cats to Dr. Hoerner for over seven years and he has always been so compassionate, caring and explained everything to us concerning his plan of treatment..etc. He is a great person and a super awesome veterinarian. His staff has always treated us with respect and genuine caring. We did have a visit in July of last year where a staff member totally ignored us as we stood there with our cat, who had just got back from the emergency vet clinic...she continued her talk with some woman about personal business and never addressed us, it was another staff member that finally helped us. We were a little pissed but using Dr. Hoerner is worth putting up with a staff member who has an attitude. I must say she has always been extremely nice in future visits. I want to give big KUDOS to Patricia, Stephanie, Gina and of course our awesome Dr. Hoerner!

Lobby has a strong urine sent that is sickening, some members of the staff needs to be trained in customer service. Our dog needed urgent care and we were basically blown off by a member of the staff with short rude unprofessional comments. No advice or recommendation on what to do considering they would not get us in and even after looking up our records on our dog in question we were still asked who our vet was. Dr. Hoerner himself is a great Vet, no question about that but I will not tolerate a staff member treating us they way we were treated, you can subtract 5 animals from your files, we found a new vet with a professional staff that will care for our pets.

Really like Dr. Hoerner, he's very friendly and always takes the time to talk to us and answer any questions we have. The best vet I've been too.

Have taken all my animals over the years here. In fact I drive from Leesville, Dr. Hoerner is the best!
